Presented by the Association for Public Art (then the Fairmount Park Art Association) in partnership with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, “Site Seeing: Rediscover Public Art this Spring!” is a series of four free programs taking place throughout the month of April that aims to engage city residents and tourists with public art in new and unexpected ways.
